Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody

Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is good. My only complaint is that the water was cold. I think they were trying to fix this, but I know I wasn't the only tenant with this problem.

Classic Hampton Inn: Decent rooms, decent breakfast, decent location across from the mall and down the road from MARTA. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s clean, safe, comfortable, and quiet. It’s also pet friendly, but you’d never know if from how clean they keep the whole hotel. Ian at the front desk at night is amazing. Great customer service every night of our stay. He made us feel welcome and quickly tended to our needs and requests. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area around the mall or in Dunwoody in general.

Highly recommended this hotel! Rooms are huge, property is pristine clean, Dawn and Ian at the front desk are SO welcoming, refreshment area in the rooms are so nice… This hotel is rated a lower star bc of amenities (lack of, like on-site restaurant, bar, high end decor, etc.). I would absolutely stay here again. Five stars for me. - I would suggest better coffee condiments in the rooms. Coffe choice is great, but really low quality “packets” but I just grabbed some from downstairs.

Very comfortable and clean, with a warm helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained and facilities are all to contemporary standards. It does not feel dated. The lobby and hallways are clean as are the rooms. Everything needed was provided and the staff is exceptional. The breakfast wasn't great, but it could have been an off day - I was only here one night. Shout out to Elijah and Rosalyn who were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions and requests.

Stayed here last month and the stay was amazing! Very clean, the hotel staff was very friendly. Would certainly come back. The bathroom in the lobby was very nice and clean. Great experience

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Rosalyn was so courteous and helpful. She deserves a raise and promotion. She made a lot of difference in a world where most people have only negatives to say about customer service, my experience with her was simply fantastic.

This was a clean hotel with comfortable beds and good location. However, the customer service at this hotel is terrible. The person checking us in did not greet us and he spoke maybe 5 words to us the entire time. He did not even tell us our room number or anything about the elevator location or free breakfast. Be aware that they will charge you for the water in your room even if you don't drink it. If you call to ask about the unknown charge that appears several days after your stay on your credit card they are very rude and do not even want to discuss it with you. If housekeeping says you drank the water then you drank the water. They do not want to believe you if you say you think housekeeping made a mistake. So make sure you count the waters in your room and tell them when you check out to make a note that you did not drink any water or else you may be charged later for it!

Very clean rooms everything was up-to-date great location, their stores and restaurants. There was a particular employee named Elijah. That was very helpful at the front desk. He gave us a lot of information. Made sure that we had everything we needed. Was very informative on a lot of the places Surrounding the hotel Regarding the times and what not
